Can you believe it? just one week ago i was complaining about the immense boredom that kicked in during the first few days of this June break. Now i cant even have a break if i wanted. Then again its not because ive been doing too much work (i wish! haha!), rather ive been taking part in activities that has kept bumming-- as well as exercising and studying, sadly-- at bay.
Monday
Managed to continue with another two fingers and the hand of my art piece but it still isnt finished yet. Later headed over to Davin's house beside ACSI for Sharon's Birthday BBQ Surprise which turned out to be a very pleasant affair :))
I guess its nice to see the humane side of people whom you never really get to know intimately. And surprisingly it wasnt as awkward as i'd thought it would be. Catching up with cell mates, Tehillah and Amphora, some other people in church and of course, the birthday girl, Sharon! There wasnt any of the typical or usual false air of friendliness that i so often find in church.

And her loving hubby, Josh. In his excitement to deliver the cake another surprise occured; he tripped over a hole in the drain and somersaulted before falling with a deep cut-- his flesh was cleanly sliced off. Youch.

Tuesday
Wanted to finish the drawing today but had to deliver my sister's operation documents to SGH because she had forgotten to bring it. She had been warded and was to undergo surgery to remove an ovarian cyst. My sis has a cyst (OK SHUT UP)!!
Camwhoring.
Okayokayokay so the SOCCER CHALET was soooo fun and everything a chalet should have been; but didnt have as much pics as i wanted because i was just having too much fun. In fact all my pictures were rather lousy because my camera sucks at night and i only took pictures during the Lucky Draw.
Oh yeah, and i didnt realise till i reached that the Soccer Camp was meant for the Soccer BOYS as well as the Soccer Girls, hahaha! I think I'll be doing more Soccer Chalet Updates when i get better pictures from Anna's, Mima's and Amin's Camera. Stay tuned lovvies :))
Wednesday
Slept the whole day off because i didnt sleep at all during the night. Later headed to the National Library for the first segment of a play based on "King Lear" which i, on the whole, disliked. i thought that even though the play enabled us to better visualise and understand several key contrasts, dichotomies and concepts in the initial "King Lear", and that it was based on an interesting concept of a "play within a play"; it remained inconclusive and innocuous.
AND i was/am very pissed with the lousy lighting-- destroyed all my pictures except for this one which i shall post for Jiayi and Alphie cuz they look like a hot Ahlian and Ahbeng couple hahaha!
Thats all for now; and a bad night's sleep isnt helping me blog properly.
At least my 3 hour talk with Jingboy made my day :)) I do miss him terribly.
