I dont have the extra cash on hand to take up a sewing course like Maryam (envyenvy) but here's my answer to a cheaper self-help/improvement alternative that doesnt cost a bomb! Ive been watching youtube videos online and learning how to make food from there; its free and easy peasy!
Today's experimento: Thai Green Papaya salad which became Thai Green Mango Salad because i couldnt find any green papayas in the supermarkets! Yumeshh!
Close up. Yes the nuts are too big, didnt mash them properly. and we need to get a vergetable peeler :( I spent ages slicing the mango into strips...
Argh invasion of the puffy eyes!
And thats that :) Will cook more yummsh stuff if I can afford the time tomorrow!
